My friend Jessie go to mailbox everyday just like you and me, and nearly every day, no exaggeration, certainly at least four times a week, she receive a credit card offer beckoning her with “You’re Pre-Approved!” “0% Interest Rate!” “Transfer all your balances!” Many snowboarding of these companies have now gotten so bold that they even say in bright red ink printed across the envelope: “URGENT!” Don’t throw me away!” But I do throw them away, and you should too. She not the only one getting inundated with credit card application offers. You get them, I got them. Your neighbor gets them. Your college-age child gets them. We all do. Fortunately, Princess had the good sense to chew it up. The credit card companies send out four billion pieces of mail like this every year. That’s right four billion.

And why do they bother with the time and expense of all those mailings? Because they are making billions of dollars ripping off the American Citizen! The credit card companies, the banks, the mortgage lenders, the payday loan companies, the debt consolidation agencies, the debt collectors, and the entire consumer lending industry are designed to screw the American consumer. That’s me, that’s you, that’s our friends and family. And you know what? For lack of a better way of saying it, I’m mad as hell and I’m not going to take it anymore. And neither should you.

It wasn’t always this way, but there is a problem in America that is not being talked about and the US government, that’s right the federal government of this country is partly to blame. Over the last three decades the consumer leading industry has spiraled out of control. And the United States federal government has let it happen. In fact, they helped create the monster that is now eating the average American citizen alive. They’re actually working with the banking industry, creating laws and regulations that allow the credit card companies to rip off the American citizen.

Fees and points have no limits. They are the fine print, the nitty gritty, the name of the game, the bread and butter of the consumer lending industry. Basically, interest rates may be limited, but the skate ramp paint fees are carte blanche, and credit card companies take full advantage in every way possible. Let’s call a spade a spade, and let’s call these fees what they really are: interest

The banks and the credit card companies can charge any number of fees, in any amount and call them anything they want – activation fee, annual fee, monthly maintenance fee, sign-up fee, credit protection fee, late fee, over-limit fee, we are greedy fee- and the net effect is that we the consumer, could end up paying 50% 60% 70% in interest. The banks are allowed to be legal loan sharks. They have gone mad with greed. We the people are no longer human beings, fellow citizens of America; these companies see us nothing more than numbers consuming products. All we are now in their eyes are consumers.

If we are not a consumer, we are not important. We are merely a country of consumers, not individuals, not living, breathing, and human beings. This is an element in our society that needs to be changed. Who resists change the most? The ones making the money off of those of us who once were blind. But now we see, it is my duty to open all of your eyes to the scams going on in the credit card industry, student loan industry, and the debt collection industry.

Once you know, you will never fall into their traps again. Just because they give you money, they do not own you forever. You don’t have to be a slave to them. Stop thinking that you don’t have options. You do! I am not talking about all the companies, there are also some trustworthy and reliable companies offering best deals to the people.

Knowing what they are doing and how they are taking advantage. What the government and the credit card companies and the banks are doing.

And we need to realize that the information packed in this blog is also about solutions. It’s about knowledge. If people know what to do they can reverse the roles, and they can get control. There are many methods out there which can ease the pain of debts, relieve the burden you bear, and put a little spring back into your step. When you are feeling bouncy, you are more apt to feel like you can take on the so-called powers that can control us and our financial situations. So let’s bounce. One of the best kept secrets of the consumer lending industry is the fact – yes, I said fact – that you – yes, I said you- may be able to eliminate 100% of your debt. The whole lump sum, poof, gone! That is worth getting excited about. Now you may get up from your seat for a moment and jump up and down like the people who have just won a car on.
